ZEDEDA will enable Rockwell Automation’s distributed edge software portfolio to serve a rapidly growing market segment.
- VMware announced a multi-year OEM agreement under which ZEDEDA will provide distributed edge management and orchestration capabilities as part of VMware Edge Compute Stack. Combining ZEDEDA with VMware Edge Compute Stack will help customers extend their edge deployments to the device edge with a consistent experience at scale.
- Emerson has integrated ZEDEDA’s edge management and orchestration offering into its DeltaV™ automation system, enabling Emerson customers to extend DeltaV to the distributed edge. The expanded relationship between Emerson and ZEDEDA will deliver enhanced OT solutions while continuing in the IT environment, delivering software-defined automation and revolutionizing the way customers can deploy and connect workloads within their distributed environments.
- Advantech and ZEDEDA have launched a new combined solution for Connected Oilfield Systems to streamline and reduce costs in oil and gas operations. Supported by the latest Intel processing technology, the joint Advantech and ZEDEDA solution is available through Arrow Electronics.
- Switch Automation turned to ZEDEDA to solve their operating system management and deployment challenges by providing innovative, cutting-edge solutions for digital buildings.

Strengthening of the management team

- Erik Nordmark, co-founder of the company, has been promoted to chief technology officer.
